Everything buyers ask before signing: contracts, building access, supplies, insurance and the schedule.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. After an initial ninety days, cleaning runs month to month, and you can cancel with thirty days’ written notice. Nothing rolls over automatically and nothing locks you in for a year.
How do your crews get in after hours?
Keys, fobs or door codes are held in a logged key-safe and signed out only by crew leads. We sign an access agreement with your building manager before the first visit.
Who supplies products and equipment?
We do, and it is included in the rate. Green Seal-certified, non-toxic products are used throughout, and we can match your preferred brand on request.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation cover, and certificates of insurance are sent directly to your building manager. All staff are bonded and background-checked.
Can we change the schedule or skip a week?
Yes. Give us forty-eight hours’ notice and we will move or skip the visit, with your billing adjusted on that month’s invoice.
How fast can you start?
A free on-site walkthrough and written quote come within forty-eight hours, and a first clean typically follows within two weeks.
What happens if something is missed?
Report it by noon the next day and we return to re-clean the area at no charge. Nightly, weekly and one-off deep cleans are all available.
Do you work around our office hours?
We do. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm, and crews work nights, early mornings or weekends so your team never works around a mop.
