Built By The Delgados
Marcus Delgado started MM Office Cleaning with one van and three downtown suites; Mireya runs scheduling and trains every crew. Serving offices across the metro area since 2012.
Crews work a written 42-point checklist per floor, and supervisors re-walk every site monthly. Staff are paid hourly, never per-room, so corners stay clean, and the same crew is assigned to the same office so nothing has to be relearned.
Fully insured and bonded; all staff background-checked. Green Seal-certified, non-toxic products are used throughout, so a floor smells of nothing at all the next morning. Owner-led team: Marcus and Mireya Delgado.
Folded cloths and plain bottles, set out before a night shift.
